Questions fréquemment posées

• Is there a minimum contract term for your agreements?

At Service4print, we understand that flexibility is essential when it comes to meeting your business’s photocopier needs. That’s why we offer photocopier hire agreements with no minimum contract term (even a short-term hire for just a few days is perfectly possible).

Although the majority of our customers opt for our value-for-money 63-month contracts, which offer the most competitive monthly rates, we understand that every business has unique needs. In short, we adapt!

• What does your maintenance contract cover?

A photocopier maintenance contract is essential for ensuring your equipment continues to operate smoothly whilst minimising downtime.

At Service4print, our comprehensive maintenance contract includes a range of services to ensure your photocopier performs at its best. We charge a per-page rate for black-and-white prints and a per-page rate for colour prints, based on actual usage (with no minimum copy charge). This transparent pricing model allows you to keep costs under control by paying only for what you actually use.

By signing up to our maintenance contract, you benefit from the supply of ink cartridges, rapid technical support in the event of a problem, and the replacement of wear-and-tear parts – all included in a predictable monthly fee. Our qualified technicians ensure that your photocopier operates at peak performance, allowing you to focus on your core business without worrying about technical issues.

• Am I obliged to take out your maintenance contract?

No, you are not obliged to take out a maintenance contract when purchasing or hiring our photocopiers.

However, we do recommend this service if you wish to receive prompt assistance in the event of a technical fault, as well as for the management of your consumables.

The aim is to help you budget for and control your printing costs by including all our services in this contract. No more unexpected costs, and all management is automated!

• What are your response times in the event of a breakdown?

At Service4print, we are committed to responding very quickly in the event of a breakdown with your photocopier. We offer a response time of 4 hours for issues that can be resolved remotely and 8 hours (next working day) for on-site visits, wherever you are in France.

Our priority is to minimise downtime to ensure the continuity of your business.

• Is it better to buy or hire my Katun Arivia C2125 photocopier?

We cannot answer this question for you.

It depends on your circumstances and makes no difference to us. It will cost you less if you buy the equipment (as you won’t have to pay bank interest).

However, 80% of our customers opt for leasing to avoid tying up their cash flow.

• Why choose Service4print rather than a manufacturer?

Our expertise and knowledge of the industry have enabled us to select the best partners at the best prices, entirely objectively, and to pass these benefits on to you.

What’s more, our level of service is at least on a par with that of the manufacturers, as all maintenance on our equipment is carried out by our partners’ technicians. You’ll simply benefit from a faster response and work with a partner on a human scale.

From experience, we can assure you that this makes all the difference for you, the customer!

• What sets you apart from your competitors?

With over 10 years’ experience in the sector, Damien Saincé has honed his skills in this complex industry, which is sorely lacking in transparency.

Service4print was founded with the sole aim of restoring a climate of trust by acting as a partner on a human scale for you, our clients.

As a printing equipment broker, and without favouring one brand over another, we provide you with the best possible advice, tailoring our approach to your needs and working within your budget.

• Do you deliver Katun Arivia C2125 photocopiers throughout France?

Absolutely! We deliver and install our equipment throughout France without extending our delivery times.

Within a few days, wherever you are in France, we’ll be there to meet your needs.

• Do you offer refurbished « Katun » photocopiers or second-hand « Katun Arivia C2125 » photocopiers?

Of course. Service4print can offer you new, refurbished (second-hand) and second-hand photocopiers for sale or hire.

This gives us greater flexibility for our customers, particularly as there is a genuine demand for these options for both economic and environmental reasons.

• Do you offer repair, servicing or maintenance services for this type of photocopier?

Yes, we offer repairs, troubleshooting, regular servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, technical support and after-sales service for all types of photocopiers and printers, regardless of brand.
